Item: Washable Pillow, size: 600 (+/-10 )mm length(L) x 400 (+/-10) mm width(W) x 120 (+15/-0) mm thickness(H) to Drawing / Specification as per construction details:1) Material of Pillow-Polyester Staple Fibre, 2) Fibre content-100% white virgin hollow fibre, 3) Pillow Weight-600 (+/-10) gram, 4) Pillow should be surrounded by virgin hollow fibre sheet of 20 mm thickness (min). Virgin property of polyester fibre on GTC of OEM, 5)The covering of cloth should contain 50% (min) polyester yarn and balance cotton. 6) Pillow should be resistant to normal wash as per GTC of OEM. 7) Pillow covering cloth: It should be of light grey colour (indicative shade ISC: 631 of IS 5:1994), 8) Logo Monogram: At one corner of pillow, the following should be woven within an area of 7 cm x 5 cm with the following information & should be stitched: East Coast Railway in Hindi & English, Year & month of manufacture, Manufacturers name and brand, 9) Identification of fibre as per IS:667/1981, 10) Packing: Each Pillow should be packed in thick polyethene packing bag (to withstand transit damage). Firm should submit three samples to the consignee to get printing, monogram & stitching design approved before bulk manufacturing, inspection & supply.
