Item: Carriage of Light Melting Scrap(LMS) items consisting of WAGON BODY(in dismantled/cut conditions), Wagon CBC components without rubber(for example COUPLERS AND DRAFT GEARS without pads), WAGON BOGIES(in dismantled condition), Wagon End buffers, Yoke, Knuckles, Springs(including Springs used in CASNUB bogies), MS Angles, Tie bars, MS Panel sheet & Wagon door, MS Sheet, Scrap MS Melting, MS Adopter wide jaw and narrow jaw, MS Cub Spacer, MS Shearing plate, Bogie frame bolster, MS Plate, MS Ingot and others; from various Railway units in India to Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bengaluru-560064; Distance:0-500Kms (With a minimum chargeable distance of 100Kms), by road. SPECIAL NOTE: The Consignor Railway authorities shall ensure that CAST IRON and/or SULPHUR embedded items are not offered for loading. NOTE: The work involves other intermediary and ancillary activities such as:(a)Collection of LMS (b)Loading the LMS into the vehicle. The contractor shall load only those LMS items which are free from rubber components or any other attachments(c)Unloading at destination, by Railways at FREE OF COST.QUANTITY: 5500 MT. SPECIAL NOTE: (1) Tenderers should quote the Rates based on the Diesel Price of Rs.90.99 per litre prevailing at Bengaluru as on estimation date i.e., 03.10.2025 and the same shall be considered for the purpose of evaluation. (2)Mandatory documents should be submitted in Compliance of: Bid Security conditions including Annexure VI(A), Annexure-V, Annexure-V(A), Annexure-VI(B), Power of Attorney and IBA Certification. (3) Non-submission of necessary documents in support of the above may result in REJECTION of Bids.
