Item: Designing, Manufacture , supplying Installation and field trial of 1 in 12 canted turnout with Thick web switch, weldable CMS xing, PSC sleeper & all fastening along with lead rail, Back driving assembly compatible with IR standards (IRS) type of point machine on indian railway for 60 kg track, including all fitting, fastening, fixtures, stretcher bar etc. as required with complete arrangement excluding point machine, rodding and clamp locks, meeting the laid down requirements i.e. Functional requirement and specification issued by RDSO and under taking the field trial as applicable for:- Canted turnout fit for speed potential of 45 KMPH on diverging line ( It is mandatory that there should be no change in the yard layout for laying such canted turnout i.e. the canted turnouts should be compatible for the existing yards. In case of crossover, the centre to centre distance shall be 5.3 m.).
